As of October 2009 we will be requiring a $200 security deposit. It will be charged when your full balance is charged. If the cottages are left to our satisfaction you will receive your deposit in full within 10 days of departure. The cottages are thoroughly checked before and after departure. Any extra charges such as damages or extra cleaning will be assessed appropriately.
